Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review your request and help you with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the issue was caused by an error with the order or product, we will review the situation and help you with the best available solution.

Refunds

Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to show the refund on your account.

Non-Returnable Situations
